Airport Arrival
Upon your arrival at SINGAPORE CHANGI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (Terminal 1, 2,3 or budget), our chauffeur will be waiting at the exit of luggage belt terminal in arrival hall. Once you have cleared the customs check and upon reaching the arrival hall, our chauffeur will meet & greet you by holding a personalized paging board with your name on it. Our chauffeur will assist you with the luggage.
Airport Departure
Upon your departure from hotel, our chauffeur will be at the hotel as per assigned time for pickup. (advised pickup time to be at least 2 hours & 30 minutes in advance before the estimated time of departure). Our chauffeur will locate you through the hotel’s concierge’s assistance and will be waiting for you at the lobby area near the concierge counter.
